User Data Deletion Instructions

Open Facebook Settings, go to Apps and Websites, select US Farms, and choose Remove. If Facebook offers an option to ask US Farms to delete information received through the connection, select that option before confirming.

Menu labels can vary by device. Removing the app revokes its future access, but you should also send the deletion request described below if you want confirmation that previously stored information has been removed.

Email the address below with the subject “US Farms data deletion request.” Include the name and email address associated with your Facebook account, the Facebook Page involved, and your app-scoped user ID if it is available.

Do not send your Facebook password, an access token, or other credentials. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and authority over the connected Page.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the Meta connection, including stored account identifiers, Page permission records, access tokens, and other connection data that is not required to be retained by law.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm completion by email. Limited records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documenting the request. Residual copies in protected backups are removed through the normal backup-retention cycle.
