Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information USFarms.ag collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you, including when our tools connect to Meta products.

Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as an email address for the weekly digest; a name, email address, phone number, and message submitted with a farmland inquiry; and account information for authorized administrators.
When someone authorizes US Farms to connect with a Facebook Page or another Meta product, Meta may provide the account and Page identifiers, permissions, access tokens, Page content, and related management information needed to perform the actions that person requests.
We also receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, session or cookie data, and site usage events. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and performance.
How we use information
We use information only for legitimate business and operational purposes connected to USFarms.ag.
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the website and its administrative tools.
- Deliver requested newsletters and respond to inquiries.
- Manage authorized Facebook Pages and carry out actions requested by a Page administrator.
- Diagnose errors, measure site usage, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or platform obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, email delivery, security, or other functions performed on our behalf. Those providers may use the information only to provide those services.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transfer, or when you direct us to interact with Meta or another third-party service. Meta handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
USFarms.ag uses essential cookies for security, sessions, and site functionality. Analytics technologies help us understand which pages are useful and how the site performs. Browser settings can limit cookies, although doing so may affect some features.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal or platform requirements, or to resolve disputes. Access tokens and other credentials are treated as sensitive information and should be revoked or deleted when they are no longer needed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you by contacting us. Requests involving a Meta connection can follow our User Data Deletion Instructions.
We may need to verify your identity or authority over a connected Page before completing a request. Rights vary by location, and we will honor applicable privacy laws.
Children, changes, and contact
USFarms.ag is a business and market-information service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
